Bimetal lubricated bearings
The bimetal composite bearing is made of high quality low carbon steel. The surface is sintered with copper alloy (CuPb10Sn10, CuPb6Sn6Zn3, CuPb24Sn4, CuPb30, AlSn20Cu, CuSn8Ni) with low friction characteristics as the wear layer of the bearing. The surface of the copper alloy can be used according to the working conditions. Various types of oil grooves, oil holes, oil holes, etc. are processed to suit occasions where oiling is not possible or it is difficult to refuel. The material can be joined to the secondary extrusion by secondary sintering to obtain good joint strength and optimum load carrying capacity.
